BK21 플러스사업 참여인력 취업의 질 조사 및 성과분석

Abstract

교육부에서는 2013년부터 창조경제 구현 및 미래 국가 경쟁력 제고를 위해 연구 중심 대학의 교육ㆍ연구역량 강화 및 학문후속세대 양성을 목적으로 ‘BK21 플러스사업’을 추진하고 있음. ○ ‘BK21 플러스사업’의 목적은 대학원생 및 신진연구인력에 대하여 연구장학금과 인건비 등을 지원함으로써 학업과 연구에 전념할 수 있는 기반을 조성하는 데 있음. ○ 사업 유형은 글로벌 인재양성형, 특화 전문인재양성형, 미래기반창의인재양성형으로 구분됨. ○ 이들 사업은 공통적으로 대학원생 및 신진 연구 인력에 대한 정부 재정지원을 통하여 생계나 학비에 대한 걱정 없이 학업에 전념하도록 함으로써, 대학에서 이루어지는 교육과 연구의 창의적 분위기 조성에 기여하고 독창성 있는 성과 창출에 기여할 것으로 기대됨.

■ Research Purpose The Ministry of Education has carried forward ‘BK21 Plus’ since 2013 for the creative economy and national competitiveness. Whereas the quantitative labor market outcomes of the BK21 Plus beneficiaries have been estimated, the quality of employment has not been appropriately evaluated as its reasonable criteria and measurest have not been fully developed.
