중등 전문교과 표시과목 재구조화에 따른 자격 전환 연수 교육과정 개발

Abstract

본 연구에서는 중등 전문교과 표시과목 자격 전환 연수 교육과정을 개발하기 위하여 교육내용인 ‘NCS 기반 교육과정 편성·운영 역량’과 ‘전공 내용(표시과목별)’을 도출하고 교육내용의 적정 시간을 제시하였다. 첫째, 교육내용으로 ‘NCS 기반 교육과정 편성·운영 역량’은 35개의 역량으로 구성되었고, ‘전공 내용(표시과목별)’은 교과교육 실습과 연계된 핵심 이론으로 구성하였다. 둘째, 교육 시간은 총 30시간 중에서 ‘NCS 기반 교육과정 편성·운영 역량’이 20시간, ‘전공 내용(표시과목별)’이 10시간으로 구성되었으며, ‘NCS 기반 교육과정 편성·운영 역량’의 교육 시간은 영역별로 제시하였다. 정책 제언으로는 교원의 NCS 기반 교육과정 편성·운영 역량 강화를 위하여 교원 연수 운영 방식 및 지원 방안에 대해 제안하였다.

This study produced educational contents of ‘capabilities for organization and operation of the NCS-based education program’ and ‘content of major (by indication subject)’ to develop a training program for teacher qualification change of indication subjects in secondary specialized education and suggested the optimal time for the education program. First, the education course of ‘capabilities for organization and operation of the NCS-based education program’ was composed of 35 capabilities, and ‘content of major (by indication subject)’ consisted of the core theories linked to the practice of curricula. Second, the 30-hour educational time was composed of the 20-hour program of ‘capabilities for organization and operation of the NCS-based education program’ and the 10-hour program of ‘content of major (by indication subject).’ The time for ‘capabilities for organization and operation of the NCS-based education program’ was suggested by subject. The study made policy proposals on the operational method and supporting measures of teacher training to strengthen the capabilities for organization and operation of the NCS-based education program.
