수요자 중심의 특성화고 정보서비스 효율화 방안 연구

Abstract

이 연구에서는 수요자 중심의 특성화고 정보서비스 효율화 방안을 제안하기 위하여 특성화고 업무분석, 특성화고 관련 정보서비스 사이트의 운영 실태분석, 특성화고 정보서비스 수요자 요구분석을 진행하였다. 그리고 특성화고 업무와 정보서비스의 연관성을 파악하고 개선 요구사항을 조사하였다. 또한 특성화고 정보서비스의 수요자를 중학교 교사 및 학생, 특성화고 교사 및 학생, 기업인으로 구분하여 특성화고 정보서비스의 이용 현황 및 문제점 등을 심층면담을 통해 면밀히 파악하였다. 이를 토대로 특성화고 정보서비스를 효율적으로 제공하기 위한 정책 방안을 제안하였다.

In this study, we analyzed characteristics of specialized high school work, analysis of operational status of information service site related to specialized high school, and demand analysis of information service of specialized high school. We investigated the relationship between specialized high school work and information service and investigated improvement requirements. In addition, the users of information service were divided into middle school teachers and students, specialized high school teachers, students, and businessmen. Based on this, we propose a policy plan to efficiently provide information service.
