Abstract

이 연구의 목적은 마이스터고 졸업생에 대한 노동시장의 요구와 산업사회의 변화에 대응하여 마이스터고의 교육 경쟁력 강화를 위한 학제 개편안을 마련하고, 이의 실행을 위한 구체적인 정책 방안을 마련하는 데 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위한 구체적인 연구 내용을 제시하면 다음과 같다. □ 마이스터고 학제 개편 논의 배경 및 추진 방향 탐색 - 마이스터고 학제 개편 논의와 관련한 선행연구 및 자료 검토 - 마이스터고 학제 개편 추진 관련 국내외 선행연구 및 사례 검토 - 마이스터고 학제 개편 방향 탐색을 위한 시사점 도출 □ 마이스터고 학제 개편 초안 개발 및 요구 분석 - 마이스터고 학제 개편 초안 개발 - 마이스터고 학제 개편 초안에 대한 이해 관계자 인식 조사 및 의견 수렴 - 마이스터고 학제 개편 최종안 마련을 위한 시사점 도출 □ 마이스터고 학제 개편 최종안 도출 및 정책 지원 방안 제안 - 마이스터고 학제 개편 최종안 도출 및 운영 모형 제안 - 마이스터고 학제 개편 최종안 적용을 위한 관계 법령 검토 및 개정 방향 제안 - 마이스터고 학제 개편 최종안 적용을 위한 정책 추진 사항 제안

This study aimed to propose the school system reorganization plan for strengthening education competitiveness of Meister high school in response to the demands of the labor market and changes in industrial society. For this research aim, the main research contents were set as follows. First, we discussed about the backgrounds of the school system reorganization needs of Meister high school, and explored the direction for concrete implementation. Second, we developed the draft of school system reorganization plan of Meister high school and analyzed the perceptions and needs about the draft plan. Third, we drew the final plan for school system reorganization of Meister high school and proposed supporting policy.
