국가직무능력표준(NCS) 기반 학습모듈의 효용성 평가체계 연구

Abstract

NCS 학습모듈의 평가체계를 구축하는 목적은 "산업계에서 요구하는 직무능력을 교육·훈련 현장에 적용할 수 있도록 측정 가능한 성취 목표와 학습의 방향을 명확히 제시하는 교과서, 교수·학습자료 및 가이드라인으로서의 기능을 할 수 있도록 하기 위해 개발한 NCS 학습모듈"의 효용성을 체계적으로 검증하고 신규 학습모듈을 개발할 때에도 내용을 점검할 수 있는 지표로 활용할 수 있도록 하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 NCS 학습모듈의 특성과 학습모듈의 활용 현황을 분석하고, 학습모듈의 효용성을 어떻게 정의할 것인가, 효용성 평가에 어떠한 문항들을 포함할 것인가, 어떠한 방법으로 평가할 것인가, 누가 평가하도록 할 것인가, 어떠한 절차로 평가할 것인가, 학습모듈을 평가하는 우선순위는 어떻게 결정할 것인가 등에 대해 연구하여 학습모듈의 효용성을 세분류별 그리고 능력단위별로 평가할 수 있도록 한다.

The development of the NCS and Learning Module is crucial for the circulation of systems based on the NCS. The NCS based Learning Module was developed to support the application and utilization of the NCS. It can be used as a text book, teaching material, guideline, and so forth. The NCS was developed on 847 classified jobs and Learning Module was developed 8,590 volumes during the 2013-2016 years. It is needed to establish a system of evaluation and improvement of the NCS based Learning Module developed with a heavy budget and staff for a wide range of tasks as the main tasks in the field of vocational education and training until recent date. ...
