- ■ 연구 목적
본 연구의 목적은 BEAR 2차 사업에 대한 국제 공개경쟁입찰 과정에 체계적으로 대응하기 위한 전략, 추진사항 등을 준비하기 위한 기초 조사·분석(공모절차 등 포함), 참여 전략(타당성조사 결과와 연계, 1차 사업성과·경험 반영 등), 제안서 작성(국제기구 컨설팅 기관·전문가 참여, 유네스코 본부 연계 등) 등이다.
This Research was conducted for preparing the strategies for the international open and competitive tendering process of BEAR II Project, the primary research and analysis(including the competition process), the participation strategy(linking with the feasibility study, reflection of I Project performance and experience), and preparation of proposals(participation of international organization consulting agencies and experts, connecting with the UNESCO headquarters, etc.). ...
