미래인재 개발과 교육혁신

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 다양한 분야의 의견을 반영하여 미래인재 개발에 중점을 둔 교육혁신 방향을 설정하는 것이다. 이를 구체적으로 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 새로운 기술 및 사회 환경 변화에 따른 미래인재 개발 방향을 규명한다. 둘째, 사회적 자본 및 인적 자본과 사회 및 기술 환경 변화 등의 관점에서 교육제도를 분석하여 교육혁신 주제를 도출한다. 셋째, 생애단계별 학교급·대상자에게 적용할 수 있는 교육혁신 주제별 내용을 구안한다.

The purpose of this study is to examine educational innovation measures for developing future talent by analyzing the educational resources, core competencies, and human, social, and identity capital and their interrelationships in the educational ecosystem according to different life stages.
