고졸 취업자의 노동시장 정착 지원 방안

Abstract

이 연구의 목적은 고졸 취업자의 노동시장 정착과 관련한 최근의 현황 및 지원 정책들을 구체적으로 파악하고, 고졸 취업자의 안정적인 노동시장 정착을 저해하는 문제점과 장애요인들을 체계적으로 도출함으로써, 이에 대한 정책적 지원 방안을 마련하는데 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위한 구체적인 연구내용을 제시하면 다음과 같다. □ 고졸 취업자의 노동시장 정착 관련 논의, 현황 및 정책·제도 분석 ○ 고졸 취업자의 노동시장 정착 관련 주요 선행연구 분석 ○ 고졸 취업자의 노동시장 정착 관련 현황 분석 ○ 고졸 취업자의 노동시장 정착 지원 정책 및 제도 분석 □ 고졸 취업자의 노동시장 정착 관련 인식 및 요구 분석 ○ 고졸 취업자의 노동시장 정착 관련 인식 및 요구 분석을 위한 조사도구 개발 ○ 고졸 취업자의 노동시장 정착 관련 인식 및 요구 분석을 위한 조사 실시 및 결과 분석 ○ 고졸 취업자의 노동시장 정착 지원을 위한 정책적 시사점 도출 □ 고졸 취업자의 노동시장 정착 지원을 위한 정책 방안 마련 ○ 기본방향 설정 ○ 노동시장 정착 장애요인에 따른 정책 제안

The purpose of this study was to grasp the current status and support policies related to the labor market settlement of workers with a high school diploma, to systematically derive problems and obstacles that impede stable settlement of workers with a high school diploma in the labor market, and to provide policy support for them. The main contents of this study were as follows. First, the previous studies and major discussions on the settlement of labor market of workers with a high school diploma were reviewed. Second, by analyzing data from the 'Economically Active Population Survey' and 'Korean Education & Employment Panel Survey', the entry and adaptation status of workers with a high school diploma in the labor market was analyzed. Third, the policies and systems to support the settlement of the labor market for workers with a high school diploma were analyzed. Fourth, the questionnaires and the FGI were administered to workers with a high school diploma and corporate HR managers, and their perceptions and needs related to the labor market settlement of workers with a high school diploma were analyzed.
