초연결망사회 환경에서의 미래 네트워크 및 데이터 활용을 위한 직업윤리 연구

Abstract

초연결망사회 환경에서 발생할 수 있는 비윤리적인 여러 문제들을 근본적으로 해결하기 위해 관련 법령이나 규정 그리고 법률 등을 제정하기에 앞서 앞으로 직업세계에서 어느 때보다 중요해질 것으로 판단되는 직업윤리를 설정하고 적용하는 방안을 마련하는 등의 준비가 필요하다. 본 연구는 이러한 차원에서 초연결망사회 환경에 대비하여 윤리적 가치가 각 분야별 전문가 및 관계자에게 적용될 수 있도록 관련 직업윤리(안)의 방향을 구체적으로 마련하였다. 또한, 향후 이를 특성화/마이스터고교나 전문대학, 직업훈련기관 그리고 공공기관, 기업체 등에서 교수·학습 자료로는 물론 행동강령, 인성평가 등에 활용하는 방안을 모색하고자 수행하였다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 선행연구, 국내·외 사례 분석 등의 관련 이론 및 제도를 고찰하고 델파이조사를 통해 직무구조 및 직무내용, 직업윤리와 관련한 이슈를 분석하여 초연결망사회 환경에서의 미래 네트워크 및 데이터 활용을 위한 직업윤리(안)에 대한 방향 설정 및 확산·적용 방안을 도출하고, 이를 근거로 하여 정책제언을 제시하였다.

In order to fundamentally address many unethical problems that may arise in the hyper-networked social environment, It is necessary to prepare a plan to set up and apply the work ethics that will be more important than ever in the world of work prior to enacting related laws, regulations and laws. In this context, this study aims to establish the direction of related work ethics (plan) so that ethical value can be applied to experts and stakeholders in each field. And in the future, we sought to search for schemes to utilize this as behavioral code, personality evaluation as well as teaching-learning materials in the characterization/meister high school, the college, the vocational training institution, the public institution, and the enterprise. In order to accomplish the purpose of this study, we examined related theories and systems such as precedent research, domestic and foreign case analysis, and examined issues related to job structure, job content, and work ethics through Delphi survey. Based on the above, the direction, proliferation, and application of the work ethic for future network and data utilization in the hyperlinked social environment are derived, and policy suggestions are suggested based on this.
