직업훈련 분야 ODA 통합 추진전략 연구 : 직업훈련 ODA 콘텐츠 적용을 통한 원조효과성 제고

Abstract

본 연구는 그간 직업훈련 분야 ODA 추진과 관련하여 제시된 자료를 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 직업훈련 분야 ODA 콘텐츠를 개발(기존 직업훈련 구성요소를 ODA 사업수행에 적합하도록 재구성, 재조직화)하여 직업훈련 분야가 중점협력분야로 선정되었거나 유·무상 사업이 공통으로 지원되고 있는 국가를 선정하여 개발한 콘텐츠를 적용해 봄으로써 향후 원조효과성 제고를 위한 효과적인 직업훈련 ODA 사업 수행을 위한 자료제공에 목적이 있다.

Introduction Recently in the field of ODA, the focus of a project has shifted from hardware of construction and equipments to software of technology, experience and know-how. There is also a paradigm shift to categorizing ODA strategy by the area of support and by the region. It is necessary to build a supporting system responding to these shifts with systematization of ODA strategy in vocational training and segmentation of contents based on the aim to increase aid effectiveness. The object of this study is to provide information for efficient implementation of vocational training project through analysis of vocational training data, development of vocational training contents(reconstitution and reorganization of existing vocational training components), and application of newly developed contents in countries receiving both grants and loans or countries where vocational training is designated as the core area of cooperation.
