이 연구의 목적은 현재의 우선훈련직종 선정과 훈련현황을 파악하여 본 제도의 문제점을 검토하고, 직종별 고용구조 변화추이와 훈련사업별?직종별 인력공급 관련지표(직업훈련 지원율, 수료율, 취업률)를 분석하여 우선훈련직종을 재 선정하여, 인력 양성이 필요한 직종의 훈련을 유도함으로써 인력수급의 불균형을 해소하는데 있다. In spite of the recent high unemployment rate, the medium & small sized industries have not been able to secure manpower for manufacturing. But the rate of applicants for the vocational training for manufacturing is quite low, which leads to the chance of an imbalance in manpower in terms of demand and supply. In order to settle this problem, we must find and explore the jobs that require more manpower and the people who can get easily employed but they apply less for the vocational training. In addition, we need to evaluate whether the jobs already selected for the preferential vocational training is basically appropriate or not. The objective of this research is to examine the problems of current preferential vocational training and to analyze the present status of manpower deficiency by training indicator for manpower supply. In addition, it is designed for selecting brand-new jobs that require the preferential vocational training as well as inducing the training for the jobs that need more manpower. Therefore, we are able to solve the problem of imbalance in manpower in terms of demand and supply.
