한국의 진로교육 혁신 방안 연구 : 해외 진로교육 및 진로지도 프로그램 사례 분석을 중심으로

Abstract

따라서 본 연구의 주요 목적은 해외 진로교육·진로지도에 관한 전문가 심층인터뷰 및 자료를 수집·분석하여 대한민국의 진로교육 혁신을 위한 지향 가치(철학), 정책 방안과 추진 전략을 제시하는 것이다. 이 목적을 달성하기 위하여 선행연구에서 강조된 OECD(2018a) 다음의 4개 핵심 영역을 우선 분야로 선정하여 국가별 사례를 분석함으로써 우리나라 진로교육 혁신을 제안하고자 한다. 4개 핵심 영역은 ① 학교 교육과정 안에서의 진로교육·진로지도 콘텐츠, ② 진로담당인력의 자격 및 양성체계, ③ 진로교육 전달방식, ④ 소외계층 진로교육이다. 이러한 4개 핵심 영역별 해외 사례를 분석하여, 시사점에 기초한 미래 관점의 진로교육의 지향 가치, 정책 방안, 추진 전략 등이 포함된 혁신적 모델을 제안하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다.

This study has been conducted to outline primary directions, including core values, specific strategies, and political suggestions to help achieve innovation in career education and guidance for Korea. The immense need for developing high quality career education and guidance are discussed with an emphasis on innovative models that need to be implemented to support the national political project ‘Innovation in Public Schools and Classrooms, Restoration of the Educational Bridge for Hope’.
