Abstract
This study produced educational contents of ‘capabilities for organization and operation of the NCS-based education program’ and ‘content of major (by indication subject)’ to develop a training program for teacher qualification change of indication subjects in secondary specialized education and suggested the optimal time for the education program. First, the education course of ‘capabilities for organization and operation of the NCS-based education program’ was composed of 35 capabilities, and ‘content of major (by indication subject)’ consisted of the core theories linked to the practice of curricula. Second, the 30-hour educational time was composed of the 20-hour program of ‘capabilities for organization and operation of the NCS-based education program’ and the 10-hour program of ‘content of major (by indication subject).’ The time for ‘capabilities for organization and operation of the NCS-based education program’ was suggested by subject. The study made policy proposals on the operational method and supporting measures of teacher training to strengthen the capabilities for organization and operation of the NCS-based education program.
