고3의 행복감에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 : 학교 및 가정요인을 중심으로

Abstract

본 연구는 한국교육고용패널Ⅱ 데이터를 활용하여 우리나라 고등학교 3학년 3,612명의 자료를 토대로 행복감이 어떠한지 살펴보고 이에 영향을 미치는 영향을 학교 요인과 가정 요인으로 분류하여 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 학교 요인은 교사의 지지, 담임교사의 학습관여, 수업참여태도, 수업분위기로 분류하였으며, 가정요인은 부모와의 대화, 부모와의 여가활동, 소득수준으로 분류하여 상관분석, 단계적 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 고3 학생들의 행복감에 영향을 미치는 주요한 요인은 교사의 지지인 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로 부모와의 대화, 부모와의 여가활동, 담임교사의 학습관여, 수업분위기 순으로 나타났으며 설명량은 10.5%이었다. 반면에 수업참여태도와 소득수준은 행복감에 유의한 영향이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 대학입시 및 사회진출을 앞두고 있는 우리나라 고등학생 3학년을 대상으로 한 실증적 연구로써, 이들의 행복감과 관련된 학교와 가정요인을 도출하였다는 점에 의의가 있다. 마지막으로 본 연구결과에 대한 의의, 제한점 및 후속연구를 위한 제안 등이 논의되었다.

The purpose of this study was to examine how school’s factors & family’s factors for high school senior students influenced on their happiness. This study used the data of Korean Education Employment Panel(KEEP), and performed correlation analysis and stepwise multiple regression analysis. For the purpose of data analysis, school factors are classified as teacher support, study involvement of teacher in charge, class participation attitude and class atmosphere. Also family factors are classified as conversation with parents, leisure with parents and economic level.

The results are as follows. First, teacher support was a positive predictor of high school senior students’ happiness. Second, also happiness was predicted by conversation with parents, leisure with parents, study involvement of teacher in charge and class atmosphere. Third, class participation attitude and economic level did not influence on high school senior students’ happiness. Implications and limitations of this study were discussed.
