학사제도 변화가 직업계고 학생의 학습에 미치는 영향

Abstract

이 연구는 한국교육고용패널조사Ⅱ(KEEPⅡ) 데이터를 활용하여 학사제도 변화가 직업계고 학생의 학습에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석하는 데 목적이 있었다. 이를 위해 산학일체형 도제학교를 중심으로 학사제도의 변화를 살펴보았으며, 2016년도와 2017년도의 도제학생과 비도제학생의 학교생활만족도, 수업태도, 전문교과에 대한 태도 측면의 변화를 비교분석하였다. 분석 결과, 학사제도의 변화는 학생들의 수업태도를 긍정적으로 변화시키는 데 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 질문, 복습, 예습 등의 측면에서 긍정적인 효과가 있었다. 또한 학사제도의 변화는 학생들의 긍정적인 전문교과에 대한 태도 형성에도 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 특히 도제학생들은 비도제학생들에 비해 수업내용 이해와 전문교과 수업을 통한 전공지식 및 기술 습득에 대해 긍정적인 변화를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 학사제도의 변화가 직업계고 학생들의 긍정적인 학습 태도 형성에 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있으며, 학교 교육현장에서의 학사제도 성과를 보여준다는 점에서 그 의의를 갖는다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of changes in the educational system on the learning of students in vocational high schools by using the KEEPⅡ data. For this, this study examined the changes in the educational system centering on the apprenticeship in vocational high school and compared the changes in the aspects of school satisfaction, learning attitude in the class, and attitude toward professional subjects in 2016 and 2017.

As a result, the changes in the educational system were found to be effective in positively changing the attitudes of study, especially in terms of questions, review, and preparation. Also, the changes in the educational system were found to affect the formation of students’ attitudes toward a positive professional curriculum. In particular, the apprentice students showed a positive change in understanding the contents of the class and acquiring the knowledge and skills in the major compared to the non-apprentice students.

Through this, it can be seen that the change of the educational system influences the formation of positive learning attitudes of students in the vocational high school, and it is meaningful in that it shows the achievement of the educational system in the school education field.
