고등학생의 자아효능감과 진로성숙의 관계에서 친구와 부모의 역할: 매개역할인가 조절역할인가?

Abstract

본 연구는 고등학생의 자아효능감과 진로성숙의 관계에서 친구 요인과 부모 요인이 어떠한 영향을 주는지 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 교육고용패널Ⅱ 1차 조사자료를 사용하였으며, 본 연구에서 사용할 변수에 모두 응답한 패널 8973명을 대상으로 분석하였다. 친구 요인과 부모 요인의 매개효과와 다중가산 조절효과를 분석하여 매개역할을 하는지 조절역할을 하는지 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 친구 요인 중 친구 관계, 부모 요인 중 부모와의 대화만 자아효능감과 진로성숙의 관계에서 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자아효능감과 진로성숙 관계에서 친구특성과 친구 관계는 조절효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 부모와의 활동과 부모와의 대화 변인도 자아효능감과 진로성숙의 관계에서 조절효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 친구 관계와 부모와 대화는 부분적으로 매개역할을 하며, 친구 요인과 부모 요인은 조절역할을 하지 않는 것으로 분석된 것이다. 이를 통해 고등학생의 진로성숙도를 높일 방안과 가정과 학교에서의 부모와 또래 및 교사의 역할에 대해 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of friends and parents factors on the relationship between self-efficacy and career maturity of high school students. For this purpose, the 1st survey data of the Korea Education and Employment Panel(KEEPII) were used, and 8,973 panelists who responded to all the variables used in this study were analyzed. The results of analyzing the mediation effect and the multi-addition control effect of friend factor and parent factor are as follows. First, only the relationship of friends among friends and the dialogue with parents among parents played a mediating role in the relationship between self-efficacy and career maturity. Second, in the relationship between self-efficacy and career maturity, the characteristics of friends and friends have no moderating effect. In addition, parental activity and parental conversation did not have a moderating effect on the relationship between self-efficacy and career maturity. In other words, the relationship between friend and parent is partially mediated, and the factor of friend and parent does not play a moderating role. Through this, we discussed the ways to improve the career maturity of high school students and the role of parents, peers, and teachers at home and school.
