마이스터고 학생의 진로성숙도 전이양상 및 영향요인 분석

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 횡단적으로 마이스터고 학생의 진로성숙도 유형 및 영향요인을 검증하고, 종단적으로 진로성숙도 전이패턴 및 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지 분석하는 것이다. 분석자료는 한국교육 고용패널Ⅱ(KEEPⅡ)의 1차년(2016), 2차년(2017)의 두 시점 모두 조사에 참여하고 진로성숙도 문항을 포함하여 관심변수에 성실히 응답한 마이스터고 재학생 842명(남학생 690명, 여학생 152명)의 응답이다. 각 시점의 진로성숙도 유형 및 영향요인 검증에는 잠재프로파일 3단계 분석(R3STEP)을 사용하였고, 종단적 변화패턴 분석과 영향요인 검증에는 잠재전이분석과 다항로지스틱 분석을 사용하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 마이스터고 2학년 학생은 적극형과 소극형 두 집단으로 분류되며 이들 프로파일에 영향을 주는 요인은 자아개념, 부모와의 대화, 전문교과교육, 취업지도 경험이었다. 3학년 학생은 적극형, 중립형, 소극형으로 분류되며, 이들 집단에 유의미한 영향을 주는 변인은 자아개념, 전문교과교육, 교과 외 경험, 담임선생님의 지지였다. 둘째, 두 시점 간 프로파일 전이 패턴을 보면, 고수준 유지형, 저수준 유지형, 증가형, 고수준 감소형, 저수준 감소형으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 이러한 전이 패턴에 영향을 주는 유의미한 변인은 전이 패턴별로 차이가 있으나, 전문교과 만족도가 여러 전이 패턴을 구분하는 중요한 변인이었다.

The purpose of this study is to cross-sectionally verify the types and influencing factors of meister high school students' career maturity and to longitudinally analyze the change patterns of their career maturity and identify factors that affect them. The data used for the analysis are the first year (2016) and the second year (2017) results of the Korean Education & Employment Panel Ⅱ (KEEPⅡ) survey. In the first year of the survey, the meister high school students were sophomores, and in the second year, they were seniors. The data used for final analysis were the responses of the 842 meister high school students (690 male students and 152 female students) who answered all 14 items related to career maturity. Three-step latent profile analysis (R3STEP) was used to verify the types and influencing factors of career maturity at each point in time, and latent transition analysis and multinomial logistic analysis were performed to analyze longitudinal change patterns and verify influencing factors. The major research results are as follows. First, the meister high school sophomores were divided into active and passive groups, and the factors that influenced these profiles were self-concept, interaction with the parents, specialized subject education, and experience of vocational guidance. The seniors were divided into active, neutral, and passive groups, and the variables that had a significant influence on these groups were self-concept, specialized subject education, extracurricular experience, and support from the homeroom teacher. Second, the profile transition patterns between the two points in time were identified as high-level maintenance type, low-level maintenance type, increase type, high-level decrease type, and low-level decrease type. Third, while significant variables affecting these transition patterns differed by patterns, specialized subject education was an important variable that distinguished various transition patterns.
