전문대학 주문식 교육 발전 방안

Abstract

본 연구는 주문식 교육이 실제 현장(전문대학 및 산업체)에서 실제적이고 효율적으로 운영될 수 있도록 다양한 운영체제 및 운영 방안을 제시하고, 각 전문대학에서 보다 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 기본적인 토대를 마련하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 우선 미국의 주문식 교육에 대한 이론적 고찰을 통해 주문식 교육에 대한 개념, 유형, 운영체제를 이해하고, 우리 나라 주문식 교육의 운영 현황 및 문제점을 파악하고자 한다. 또, 각 전문대학 및 산업체의 주문식 교육에 대한 요구를 분석하여, 그 결과를 중심으로 전문대학 및 산업체의 다양한 요구를 수용할 수 있는 구체적인 운영 및 발전 방안을 모색하고자 한다.

This study was conducted to help define, categorize, and establish an operational system for customized training so as to enable junior colleges to create and implement customized training programs that prove to be effective. The research procedures for this study are as follows. First, the current status of customized training practices and related problems were identified through an examination of related publications. Second, the demands for customized training were analyzed by interviewing on paper and in person 60 junior colleges and contracted companies currently engaged in customized training. Lastly, after being discussed in seminars held by junior colleges that provide customized training, the interview results were formulated into educational policies on customized training.
