A Research on the Method of Improving Quality of School Career Experience

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to comprehensively analyze the current status of school career experience and support policies currently being conducted in Korea, and to analyze school career experience awareness and demands from the perspective of teachers, students and support personnel who are the parties to the school career experience, to draw up policy measures for internalization of career experience. To this end, the discussion and system related to the actualization of school career experience was reviewed, secondly, the status of school career experience operation was analyzed, and thirdly, the school career experience was analyzed. Based on the results of the analysis, three areas and policy tasks were derived: ‘Defining the direction of school career experience operation’, ‘Strengthening the capacity of school career experience operation’ and ‘Improving the conditions for school career experience operation’.
