Drastic changes in industries, economies, societies, education, etc. are expected to come about as a result of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The government is also enforcing policies to revitalize new industries as well as to foster diverse human resources. In order for these policies to be implemented effectively, changes in vocational education and training must be effected, especially in the management of teachers. The objective of this study is to analyze the needs and issues of vocational education and training in new industries that have come about as a result of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and by doing so, present a paradigm regarding the management of teachers in vocational education and training institutions, as well as a direction regarding the reorganization of teacher management by each area. ...
