맞춤형 취업지원을 위한 직업지표 연구(2020)

Abstract

이 연구의 목적은 맞춤형 취업지원이라는 방향에 부합하는 직업별 지표를 산출 및 분석하여, 직업이나 대상별 취업지원에 효과적으로 활용할 수 있는 정보를 생성하고 유의미한 정책적 시사점을 도출하는 것이다. 이를 위해 선행연구와 관련 문헌 등을 검토하여 조사 설계 및 직업지표 구성을 보완하고, 조사대상 산업 분야와 직업의 특성을 구체적으로 잘 드러낼 수 있도록 조사 결과를 분석하고 해석할 것이다. 이를 통해 직업 및 취업을 준비하는 사람들이 직업세계의 변화를 이해하고 맞춤형의 정보를 활용하며, 정부나 관련 기관에서 연구 결과와 정책적 시사점을 참고하여 정책을 수립하고 실행하는 데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

The research on ‘Korean Occupational Index for Career and Employment Service’ is purposed on organizing job indicators, conducting and analyzing results of survey, and presenting information and policy suggestions. This research has been implemented as a 10-year continuous research project since 2016, and the 2020 research complements the survey design and composition as the start of the 2nd period of whole project. It also intended to conduct research to ensure continuity and timeliness, and present customized job support information and political implications practically. In this research, Chapter 2 reviewed the results of previous research on "Korean Occupational Index for Career and Employment Service" for the systematic composition of job indicators and the smooth implementation of survey. Chapter 3 summarized and analyzed basic (common) occupational indicators and presented the current status. Chapter 4 summarized and analyzed issue occupational indicators and presented information with timeliness and practicality.
