제 7회 교육 ODA 컨퍼런스 개최 사업

Abstract

교육부는 우리나라 교육발전경험과 노하우를 공유하고 수원국 여건에 적합한 교육개발협력 사업을 통해 수원국 교육역량 강화 및 발전 유도를 위해 교육 ODA 기반을 강화하고자 하는 취지에서 2014년부터 2019년까지 총 6회의 교육 ODA 컨퍼런스를 개최해왔음. 교육부는 매년 한국연구재단 공모를 통해 교육 ODA 컨퍼런스 사업 시행기관을 선정하고 있음. 2014년부터 2019년까지 한국교육개발원이 사업시행기관으로 선정되었으며 2020년도부터 한국직업능력개발원이 사업시행기관으로 선정되었음.

The Education ODA conference, which marks its seventh anniversary this year, aims to become an international conference which has various contents and excellent speakers in the field of education in international development cooperation. It also aims to serve as a venue for greater communication that contributes to solving global education issues. The most important keyword among social changes caused by COVID-19 is ‘Untact’. In particular, direct human interaction has been dropped due to the reduction or postponement of a number of Education ODA plans in the field of international development cooperation. This is leading many experts and students in international development cooperation field to deal with the uncertain future. However, the truth is that every crisis, while deeply unsettling, also contains the seeds of opportunity. In fact, there is a growing interest and demand for ‘Korea’s smart education’ in Education ODA, which is focuses on “Untact Learning Service” based on ICT such as remote lectures and VR. In the era of ‘The New Normal’, International development Cooperation in the field of Education is taking a new turn with the COVID-19 pandemic crisis in terms of content and delivery methods. How can this innovation in Education ODA, brought by the pandemics, contribute to solve educational problems in our global community? ...
