미래 환경변화에 따른 인적자원개발 정책의 방향과 전략(2020)

Abstract

이 연구에서는 기술진보와 인구구조 변화로 대표되는 미래 환경변화에 대처하기 위하여, 인력의 공급 기관인 고등교육의 변화 양상과 이에 대한 우리나라 고등교육기관의 대처 방안을 탐색하고, 이를 바탕으로 고등교육, 특히 교육내용과 방법의 혁신과 계속교육 훈련기관으로서의 고등교육기관의 역할과 기능을 중심으로 탐색하고자 한다.

This study aims to explore the direction and strategy of higher education reform according to future environmental changes. To this end, first, through a theoretical review of the direction of change in higher education, it was revealed that it has changed to the elite education stage, the public education stage, and the universal education stage based on the number of higher education beneficiaries. Second, the survey was focused on how Korean higher education institutions cope with future environmental changes. Third, the changes in the curriculum and teaching and learning methods of higher education institutions according to the future environmental change, especially the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and the search for the future curriculum and teaching and learning models were reviewed.
