실업계 고등학교의 교수-학습 방법 연구(II) : 교수-학습 모형 개발 및 현장 적용을 중심으로

Abstract

본 연구의 주된 목적은 1차 연구인 실업계 고등학교 수업 실태 분석 결과를 토대로 우리나라 실업계 고등학교 특성에 적합한 교수- 학습 모형을 제시하는 데에 있다. 모형의 개발 방향은 학생 활동, 실제 경험 중심으로 교육내용이 통합적으로 이루어질 수 있는 교수- 학습 모형을 개발하는 데 있다. 이는 곧 본 연구에서 개발하고자 하는 교수- 학습 모형이 첫째, 학생들이 수업에 흥미를 가지고 적극적으로 참여할 수 있도록 학생 활동 중심이 되어야 하며, 둘째, 산업체 현장에서 요구하는 창의력, 문제해결력 및 현장 적응력을 구비한 인력을 배출하기 위해서 단순한 기능, 지식 위주의 교육에서 벗어나 관련 지식 및 개념에 대한 통합적 교육이 가능한 교수- 학습 모형이 되어야 함을 의미한다. 본 연구에서는 개발된 모형을 실업계 고등학교 수업 현장에 적용하여 모형의 제반 문제점을 분석하고 수정·보완함으로써, 우리나라 일선 학교 현장에 적용 가능한 현실적인 교수- 학습 모형을 제시하고자 한다.

The objective of this research was to propose a ‘teaching-learning' model appropriate for the vocational high schools on the basis of .the results obtained by the 1999 research ‘The Field Analysis of Teaching-Learning Methods for Vocational High Schools', which was conducted with its focus on presenting actual conditions and problems of teaching-learning methods in the vocational high school. The following steps were taken in order to establish the research objective. First, domestic and overseas literary references and data were used to research the changes in the teaching-learning paradigm, study the concept and feature of integrated education, and analyze various teaching-learning methods. Second, on-site visitation studies were conducted in order to select the teaching-learning model application subject. Third, teaching-learning models were applied to the subject schools to study resulting conditions and/or problems through concentrated class observations. The teacher ‘class log', researcher ‘observation log', and student ‘class descriptions' were utilized for the analysis of class observation results. Fourth, a survey was conducted on all of the students subjected to the teaching-learning model in order to collect student opinions regarding their degree of satisfaction, problems, reform plans, etc. Fifth, a physical, material, and educational operations plan necessary for the effective application of the developed model was investigated with the assistance of a specialist organization, which provided support for analysis of special vocational high school curriculum patterns as well as subject selection. ...
