- The purpose of this project is to conduct policy advice and to support capacity building for vocational training in Paraguay. It focuses on 1) improving better governance for the entire VET system, including relevant research; 2) improving VET programs that meet the demands of the labor market; and 3) improving the evaluation system of vocational training institutions.
