전문대학 교육과 자격제도의 연계 방안 연구

Abstract

본 연구는 전문대학 교육과 자격제도의 연계 방안을 마련하는 것을 목적으로 구체적인 하위 목적을 다음과 같이 제시하였다. 첫째, 전문대학 교육과 자격제도의 연계 필요성과 가능성을 탐색한다. 둘째, 최근 선진 외국에서 추진되고 있는 전문대학 교육과 자격제도의 연계 실태를 분석하고 그 시사점을 도출한다. 셋째, 우리나라의 현행 전문대학 교육과 자격제도의 연계 실태를 분석하고 개선에 대한 요구를 파악한다. 넷째, 전문대학 교육과 자격제도의 연계를 통해 전문대학 교육의 질을 제고하고 자격제도를 개선해 나가기 위한 방안을 제안한다.

The primary purpose of this study was to establish a linkage scheme between two-year college education and qualification system in order to provide the opportunity of the lifelong learning and develop the prominent human resource effectively. The following set of objectives were formulated to fulfill the study purpose. 1) To identify the necessity and feasibility of links between two-year college education and qualification system. 2) To analyze the current states and suggestions of the selected advanced countries where operate links between two-year college education and vocational qualification system. 3) To identify the current condition of links between two-year college education and qualification system. 4) To analyze the needs of links between two-year college education and qualification system. 5) To analyze cases of links between two-year college education and qualification system with the four selected national qualification items in order to draw out predicted problems and solutions. 6) To suggest the successful scheme which strengthen links between two-year college education and qualification system.
