The purpose of this study is to propose the activation plan of the development and dissemination of non-face-to-face online career experiential learning programs using edutech such as online and VR/AR in line with the growing demand for non-face-to-face career experiential learning and the development of edutech due to COVID-19. In addition, this study aims to contribute to improving the quality of career experiential learning and supporting career education throughout life. Accordingly, this study suggests the direction for the career experiential learning and Career Experiential Learning Support Center according to changes in the future educational environment and derives non-face-to-face online utilization plans for the career experience field through analysis of actual operation cases such as discovering related best practices and development of program management plan. Furthermore, it systematically seeks the policy support plans to activate non-face-to-face online career experiential learning including blended methods and presents effective policy alternatives to actuate them. ...
