평생학습사회의 새로운 추진체계 구축 연구

Abstract

우리나라 평생학습은 지역 주체의 지역평생학습을 추구하였으나 중앙정부의 영향력을 크게 벗어나지 못하였다. 이 상황에서 평생학습의 목표는 평생학습사회의 관점에서 학습, 고용, 복지의 다양한 차원을 포괄하려는 방향으로 확대되고 있다. 평생학습사회 추진체계 구축방안에 관한 본 연구는 평생학습사회 추진 관점에서 현재의 평생학습체제를 진단하고, 해외의 평생학습 사회 추진체계의 사례분석을 통해, 평생학습사회 구축을 위한 추진체계의 대안을 마련하고자 한다.

This study on how to build a lifelong learning society development scheme diagnoses the current lifelong learning system from the point of view of developing a lifelong learning society, and through case analysis of overseas lifelong learning society development scheme, an alternative development scheme for building a lifelong learning society would like to provide.
