상업계 고등학교 가사실업계 특별과정의 효율적 운영 방안

Abstract

본 연구에서는 현재 상업계 고등학교에서 개설·운영하고 있는 가사실업계 특별과정의 운영 실태를 분석하고, 학교 현장의 성과와 요구를 조사하여 효율적인 운영 방안을 수립하고자 한다. 이와 관련하여 단위 학교에서 적용할 수 있는 체계적인 특별과정 교육과정의 개발과 운영 실례를 제시하고, 운영 및 지원 방안을 제시하는데 주요한 목적이 있다.

The objective of this thesis is to analyze the operating conditions of the business high school's special vocational home economics curriculum (recipient of a financial support since 1998) and research the actual achievements and demands of the schools to present an effective operation plan. Therefore, this research was conducted with its focus on presenting a systematic education process development model and case, in order to propose a detailed operation and support plan. The following steps were taken in order to reach the objectives of this thesis. First, research through domestic and overseas literary materials and data, research about present conditions, etc. were used to analyze the background in which the special household curriculum was adopted as well as to find out what present operational conditions are. Second, a research analysis was performed on student and teacher satisfaction levels and demands, based on the operation status analysis data. Third, existing research was studied to determine the various special curriculum education process models. Thereafter, an actual adoptable model was developed and presented. Fourth, an efficient operation plan for the business high school's special vocational home economics curriculum was presented, based on the analysis results of each problem studied for the research. ...
