맞춤형 취업지원을 위한 직업지표 연구(2021)

Abstract

이 연구의 목적은 인문·사회과학·예술 분야의 세부 직업별 직업지표 조사 및 분석을 통해 기초적인 직업특성 정보와 대상과 직업에 따른 맞춤형 진로선택과 취업지원을 위한 정보를 제공하고 관련 정책을 제언하는 데 있다. 이러한 연구목적 달성을 위해 다음과 같은 구체적인 세부 연구목표를 설정하였다. 첫째, 인문·사회과학·예술 분야의 직업지표 관련 선행연구를 검토하고 해당 산업군 동향 및 이슈에 부합하는 문항을 설계한다. 둘째, 인문·사회과학·예술 분야의 직업적 특성과 변화 가능성을 분석하여 직업과 취업을 준비하는 국민을 대상으로 개인의 진로를 설정하고, 직업생활과 입직 이후의 경력개발에 활용할 수 있는 맞춤형 직업정보를 제공한다. 셋째, 인문·사회과학·예술 분야의 직업지표 분석을 통한 시사점 도출을 통해 직업정보의 확산, 보급, 활용과 관련한 정책 수립에 필요한 직업정보를 제공한다.

The research on ‘Korean Occupational Index for Career and Employment Service’ is purposed to provide up-to-date information on the current status and prospects of work environment. It was designed as a continuous research from 2016, and the 2021 research also focused on securing continuity and timeliness. The results of this research will be useful to present customized information for job and practical implications for policy. This year’s research was conducted in the Humanities, Social Sciences, and Arts. Specifically, Chapter 1 summarized the research design and Chapter 2 reviewed related previous researches. Chapter 3 presented the analyzed results of basic(common) occupational indicators. Chapter 4 contained analyzed results of two issue occupational indicators set this year.
