4차 산업혁명에 대응한 직업교육훈련기관 신산업분야 교원운영 패러다임 전환 연구(2021)

Abstract

이 연구는 4차 산업혁명으로 변화하는 신산업분야의 직업교육훈련을 실행하기 위해 고등직업훈련기관인 전문대학/폴리텍대학의 교원운영(자격, 선발, 역량개발, 평가/보상)과 관련된 실태 및 이슈를 파악하고 분석하여 신산업분야의 교원운영 제도 개선 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

To cultivate a creative and innovative middle-skilled labor force at the advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution in which info-communications-based industrial infrastructure changes are taking place, it is necessary to understand the state of faculty management (qualification, selection, competency development, evaluation/compensation) in key higher vocational education and training institutions such as vocational colleges and polytechnics and to analyze the associated issues - for an urgent improvement of the quality of faculty management systems. In particular, in the case of new industries, it is expected that there will be challenges securing faculty members who possess both expertise in their respective fields and competencies as an educator; thus, solutions to such foreseeable issues should be actively sought. The objective of this study was to identify and analyze the current state and issues of faculty management (qualification, selection, competency development, evaluation/compensation) in higher vocational education and training institutions such as vocational colleges and polytechnics, with the goal to propose a plan for the improvement of the faculty management system.
