AI로 인한 미래 사회변화에 대한 대학생의 인식과 진로준비행동과의 관계에 대한 탐색적 연구

Abstract

본 연구는 AI로 인한 미래 사회변화에 대한 대학생의 인식과 진로준비행동과의 관계에 대해 탐색하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 한국교육고용패널조사(KEEP) 1-5차 데이터 및 4차 부가조사 자료를 활용하여 다중회귀분석 및 로지스틱회귀분석을 수행하였다. 분석 결과, 먼저 이과 계열 대학생보다 문과 계열의 대학생이 AI로 인한 미래 사회변화에 대해 좀 더 부정적으로 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 AI로 인한 미래 사회 변화에 대한 긍정적인 인식에는 창의성, 미래직업 결정여부, AI 이용정도, 고등학교 때의 진로성숙도가 유의미한 영향을 미치는 반면, 부정적인 인식에는 협력 태도, AI 이용정도, 진로 관련 심리요인이 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 다음으로 대학생의 진로준비행동에 AI로 인한 미래 사회변화에 대한 인식은 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않았으나 고교 및 대학의 위계적인 특성과 전공 계열의 효과가 확인되었다. 이를 바탕으로 AI로 인한 미래 사회변화에 대한 대학생의 인식 및 진로준비행동과의 관계에 대한 시사점을 제언하였다.

This study was conducted to explore the relationship between college students' perceptions about future social changes caused by AI and career preparation behaviors. For this, multiple regression and logistic regression analysis were performed using the 1st-5th data of the Korea Education and Employment Panel Ⅱ(KEEP Ⅱ) and the 4th additional survey data. As a result of the analysis, it was found that college students in liberal arts have a more negative perception of future social changes caused by AI than college students in science. In addition, creativity, future job decision-making, AI use, and career maturity in high school had a significant effect on positive perceptions of future social changes caused by AI, whereas negative perceptions were affected by cooperative attitude, AI use, and career-related psychological factors. Lastly, the perception of future social changes caused by AI did not have a significant effect on the career preparation behavior of college students, but the effects of hierarchical characteristics of high schools and universities and the majors were confirmed. Based on this, implications for the relationship between college students' perceptions of future social changes caused by AI and career preparation behaviors were suggested.
