잠재집단분석을 활용한 직업탐색행동 유형별 특성 분석

Abstract

본 연구는 한국교육고용패널조사Ⅱ(KEEP2) 데이터를 활용하여 대학생의 직업탐색행동 양상에 따른 잠재집단을 분석하고, 이에 영향을 미치는 학생 개인요인과 대학요인을 분석하였다. 잠재집단분석을 활용하여 직업탐색행동 경험여부를 분석한 결과, ‘소극집단(64.4%)’, ‘중간집단(18.5%)’, ‘분야탐색형집단(13.5%)’, ‘적극집단(3.6%)’의 4개 집단이 가장 최적화된 집단의 개수로 나타났다. 잠재집단에 영향을 미치는 개인 및 대학요인을 분석하기 위해 로지스틱 회귀분석을 활용한 결과, ‘소극집단’을 참조집단으로 했을 경우 성별과 학교만족도에 따라 ‘중간집단’, 자기이해, 사회경제적배경, 학교만족도에 따라 ‘분야탐색형집단’, 자기이해, 삶에 대한 만족도, 학과만족도에 따라 ‘적극집단’에 속할 확률이 달라지는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 참조집단을 ‘중간집단’으로 설정할 경우 사회경제적 배경, 자기이해에 따라 ‘분야탐색형집단’, 자기이해, 삶에 대한 만족도, 학과만족도에 따라 적극집단에 속할 확률이 달라지는 것으로 나타났으며, 참조집단을 ‘분야탐색형집단’ 으로 설정할 경우 삶에 대한 만족도, 학과만족도에 따라 적극집단에 속할 확률이 달라지는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과는 학생 개인의 환경·심리적 변인과 대학교 안에서 무엇을 인식하고 경험하는지에 따라 직업탐색행동의 양상이 달라짐을 시사한다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 대학생의 직업탐색행동을 위한 방안을 논의하고 후속연구를 제언하였다.

This study analyzed the latent group according to the pattern of job search behavior of college students using the data of the Korean Education and Employment Panel Survey II (KEEP2) and analyzed the individual factors of students and university factors that affect it. As a result of analyzing whether or not they experienced job search behavior using latent group analysis, the four groups of 'negative group(64.4%)', 'intermediate group(18.5%)', 'field search group(13.5%)', and 'active group(3.6%)' were the most optimized groups. As a result of using logistic regression analysis to analyze individual and university factors affecting potential groups, it was found that if 'negative group' was used as a reference group, the probability of belonging to 'intermediate group', depending on gender and school satisfaction, field exploration group, self-understanding, life satisfaction, and department satisfaction. In addition, when the reference group is set as an "intermediate group", the probability of belonging to the active group varies depending on the socioeconomic background and self-understanding, life satisfaction, and academic satisfaction. The above results suggest that the pattern of job search behavior varies depending on the environmental and psychological variables of each student and what they perceive and experience in the university. Based on the results of this study, measures for job search behavior of college students were discussed and follow-up studies were proposed.
