한국인의 직업의식 및 직업윤리 연구(2022)

Abstract

이 연구의 목적은 4년마다 정기적으로 조사되는 제7차년도(2022년) 정기조사라는 목적과 2022년부터 시작되어 3년 동안에 마무리되는 지속 연구의 1차년도 과제라는 목적을 동시에 갖으며, 구체적인 연구의 목적은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 4년마다 실시되는 제7차년도(2022년) 정기조사로서 직업의식과 직업윤리에 대한 조사를 통하여 한국인의 직업의식과 직업윤리에 대한 결과를 분석한다. - 일(직업) 가치: 전체 삶에서 일(직업)이 차지하는 중요도·가치·만족 - 일(직업) 인식·태도: 직업의견·관습·태도, 직업전문성, 직업의식 주요 쟁점(2022년 기준) 등 - 직업윤리 수준: 전반적 윤리, 직업별 윤리, 직업위세와 직업윤리 - 세부 직무수행윤리와 공정성 등 둘째, 24년간의 축적된 데이터 분석을 통하여 변인 간의 인과관계 및 변화를 추적하여 한국인의 직업의식 및 직업윤리 변화 추이를 분석한다. 셋째, COVID19 이전(2018년)과 이후(2022)를 비교 분석한다. 넷째, 이러한 분석을 토대로 교육(훈련)·노동·사회 관련 정책들을 제시한다.

The “Korean Occupational Consciousness and Vocational Ethics” study is a survey study that KRIVET has continuously conducted every four years since 1998, and 2022 is the seventh survey cycle. Many experts have consistently raised the limitations that end in a year of research compared to these vast surveys and accumulated data. Therefore, this study is a regular survey corresponding to the 7th (2022) survey, and at the same time, the nature of the task corresponding to the 1st year of the task that lasts over the 3rd year appears at the same time. More specifically, this study was conducted for the following three purposes.
