디지털 전환에 대응하는 고등단계 진로교육 발전 방안

Abstract

이 연구는 인공지능 융합의 디지털 전환에 따른 대학의 인재양성 전략의 변화, 산업현장의 동향 및 변화 추세, 그리고 그에 상응하는 정부의 고등교육 정책과 상황 등을 진단하고, 우리나라 대학생들의 디지털 역량 개발 및 진로개발 역량 제고를 위한 방안을 마련하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 인공지능 기술로 대표되는 미래 신기술 시대에 필요한 인재양성 방안 마련이 시급히 요구되는 상황에서 ‘디지털 문해력(digital literacy)’을 갖춘 인재를 양성할 뿐만 아니라 디지털 전환에 따른 일과 직업 세계 변화에 적응하기 위한 핵심적인 진로개발 역량을 모색한다는 점에서 이 연구는 기존 연구와 차별성을 갖는다. 인공지능 융합의 디지털 전환에 따른 인재상의 변화, 학령인구 감소에 따른 고등교육기관의 변화에 대한 필요성과 고등교육기관의 디지털 격차 심화를 완화하고, 디지털 시대에 요구되는 진로개발 역량을 함양시킬 수 있는 차별화된 고등단계의 진로교육에 대한 방향과 논의가 절실히 필요한 시점이다. 이 연구는 인공지능 융합의 디지털 전환에 대응하는 대학의 인재양성 및 진로교육 발전 방향과 과제를 도출하는 데 목적을 두고 있으며, 연구 목적 달성을 위한 구체적인 세부 연구목표는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 디지털 전환에 대응하는 대학의 인재양성 현황 및 문제점을 진단한다. 둘째, 디지털 전환에 요구되는 대학 단계의 디지털 문해력 제고 및 진로개발 역량 강화 방안을 모색한다. 셋째, 디지털 전환에 요구되는 대학에서의 진로개발 역량 제고를 위한 실태분석을 실시한다. 끝으로 디지털 전환에 대응하는 고등단계 진로교육 발전 방향 및 전략을 도출하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to derive the directions and tasks of digital human resources development and career education in universities, focusing on new technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data, which Korea is lagging behind in the era of digital transformation. The government, which was newly launched in May 2022, set the task of cultivating ‘1 million digital talents’ under the goal of ‘creating a bold future that is made up of autonomy and creativity’ among the 110 national tasks and presented the training of digital talents as the most important policy goal in the field of education. In other words, we will create a foundation for software, artificial intelligence and digital education in response to digital transformation so that we can train key talents in new industries and new technologies with capabilities such as digital and artificial intelligence in a timely manner. ...
