신재생에너지 부문 고용창출 분석

Abstract

본 연구에서는 인력 재배치 및 재훈련 등 녹색성장으로의 이행을 연착륙시킬 수 있는 정책을 모색하고자 한다. 또한, 본 연구는 신재생에너지 부문에 대한 고용창출 분석을 통해 향후 직업능력개발 및 국가 인적자원개발 정책 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

The study was conducted to suggest policies to proceed human resources development and vocational and education training aggressively under development strategies for Green Growth of Korea. To achieve this it intended to perform multifaced analysis of effects on status of training for manpower, the level and quality of employment in renewable energy sector, It also intend to propose policies for further vocational and education training and national human resources development through analysis on the creation of the employment in renewable energy sector. The analysis on the actual and present status through the national and international data collection and precedent study, experts group meetings, and discussion of experts from each field were used as study methods. Expected impacts and utilized plans from this study are as follows; First, it's to suggest implication on the government's policy for manpower through manpower demand and supply forecast of renewable energy sector Second, it's to suggest plans for connection of human resources development and vocational competency development policies for employment creation in renewable energy Lastly, it's to offer academic and political trends to researchers and the people in charge of government policies who are interested in the sector by conducting the in-depth analysis on industry and employment trends of renewable energy sector in advanced countries in recent years.
