산업인력 수급 전망에 따른 직업훈련 정책 방향 연구

Abstract

...이 연구의 목적은 산업인력 수급을 전망하며, 이를 토대로 인력수급 불일치를 해소하고 인적자원 마모를 최소화할 수 있는 적절한 직업훈련 정책 방향을 모색하는데 있다. 구체적으로 산업 인력수급의 전망은 산업구조 및 고용구조의 변화에 따라 나타나는 인력수급 변화를 예측하며, 이러한 근거에 따라 직업세계의 변화에 대응하는 인력수급의 양태를 파악하기 위한 것이다. 그리고 직업훈련 정책방향 모색은 산업별？직업별 특성에 따라 인력수급의 중요도를 구분하고, 그 중요도에 따라 필요한 훈련 직종과 훈련 내용을 구축하는 정책 방향을 설정하기 위한 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to discuss the impact of adjustments in labor supply and demand following changes in the industrial structure and hiring trends in the industry on vocational training conditions. Based on this, the future direction and specific measures for vocational training policy in Korea will be suggested. Prospects for industry labor supply and demand indicate that office workers, workers in the service industry as well as sales workers, and production workers will experience surplus demand, followed by high rates of labor mobility and instability. In the professional/technician sector, there is increased hiring despite an economic downturn, and it is expected that overdemand will continue due to growth demand. Amidst the changes that are occurring in the contexts surrounding vocational training, the current policy on vocational training has its objectives in strengthening the functions of the vocational training market and thereby enhancing the quality of vocational training. However, such policy directives have not been realized in practice.
