공공직업훈련기관 역할 강화 방안

Abstract

본 연구에서는 직업훈련시장의 활성화를 가져와 노동시장의 유연화를 꾀할 수 있는 우리 나라 인적자원개발을 촉진하기 위하여 다음과 같은 목적을 가지고 연구를 수행하였다. 첫째, 지식기반산업 및 디지털 시대에서 요구되는 인력양성을 위한 공공직업 훈련의 점검 둘째, 직업훈련산업에서의 공공직업훈련의 역할 재정립 셋째, 공공직업훈련의 역할 강화 방안 제시

Public vocational training began at the same time as the history of vocational training in Korea, and has been placed as an professional area. Public vocational training as a delivery room of fostering technical manpower has investigated a continuing development due to the change of resources, the diversification of its role, and the transformation of its nature. It is believed to be the right time to investigate the new direction of public vocational training and re-establish its role. This study aims the review of public vocational training for fostering manpower in the era of knowledge-based and digital economy, the re-establishment of the role of public vocational training in the vocational training industry, and the suggestion of a scheme for reinforcement of the role of public vocational training. For this, several research methods were employed. Those research methods includes data analysis for understanding of current status of public vocational training, consulting from specialists for the reinforcement of the role of public vocational training, and opening workshop with the persons interested in public vocational training. ...
