직업능력개발 훈련교사 자격직종 신설 및 개선에 관한 연구

Abstract

본 연구는 현행 훈련교사 자격제도의 운영 현황과 문제점을 파악하고, 최근 개발된 훈련직종에 대한 훈련교사 자격직종의 정비 방안의 제시와 훈련교사 자격제도의 효율적인 운영 방안의 모색을 그 목적으로 한다. 구체적인 연구 목적은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 우리 나라 훈련교사 자격제도의 운영 실태 및 문제점을 분석한다. 둘째, 현행 훈련교사 자격제도에서 개선되어야 할 내용은 무엇인지를 분석한다. 셋째, 최근 개발된 훈련직종과 관련하여 신설 또는 정비하여야 할 훈련교사 자격직종은 무엇인지 구체적인 훈련교사 자격직종 정비 방안을 제시한다. 넷째, 정부가 훈련교사 자격제도를 효율적으로 운영할 수 있는 개선 방안을 제시한다.

Due to the inefficient management of the qualification system in vocational training instructor, the qualification items to nurture vocational training instructors in newly-developed training programs have not to be put in place yet. This has led to further problems in the implementation of training programs and enhancing the competencies of training instructors. Against this backdrop, the purposes of this study was to establish and activate qualification items in training instruction for occupation categories that have recently been developed (25 and 86 in 1998 and 1999 respectively) as well as for the fifty "new" industry training categories introduced in 2000.
