Abstract

본 연구에서는 문헌 분석을 통한 이론적 분석, 국제비교 데이터를 활용한 평생직업능력개발과 행복의 관계에 대한 실증적 분석, 우리나라 평생직업능력개발 참여를 위한 환경 분석, 그리고 현재 우리나라 평생직업능력개발 체제의 공급자, 이용자, 전문가 등과의 1대 1 면접(one-to-one interview) 및 포커스 그룹 인터뷰(Focus Group Interview, FGI)를 통한 질적 연구 방법을 결합하였다. 또한 평생직업능력개발 영역의 여러 전문가들과의 전문가협의회를 통해 본 연구가 제시하고 있는 국민 행복을 위한 평생직업능력개발의 방향과 그 실현을 위한 정책과제의 타당성을 점검하고자 하였다. ...

This study was conducted with the purpose of finding the direction of the lifelong vocational education and training system to accumulate vocational competence and promote happiness in the midst of rapid technological development and labor market changes. To this end, the relationship between happiness and lifelong vocational skills development was empirically analyzed, the environment for lifelong vocational skills development was analyzed, and the actual state of lifelong vocational skills development was diagnosed from the perspective of national happiness.
