직업교육훈련 정책의 중장기 추진 방향 연구

Abstract

평생직업교육훈련 혁신방안의 성과와 관련하여 박동열 외(2020)의 연구에서는 관계 전문가들을 대상으로 각 추진과제에 대한 ‘추진 정도’와 ‘중요도’ 등 일반적인 인식 수준을 분석하여 제시하였다. 그러나 각 추진과제별 구체적인 추진 내용과 결과 등에 대한 점검은 이루어지지 않았다는 점에서 차이가 있으며, 본 연구에서는 평생직업교육훈련 혁신방안에서 제시된 정책과제의 주요 추진 현황과 성과 및 한계를 점검·분석하고, 이를 토대로 추후 직업교육훈련 정책의 중장기 추진 방향 및 과제를 제안하는 데 가장 주요한 목적을 두고 있다.

The purpose of this study was to propose the mid to long-term direction of vocational education & training policies at this point in time. To achieve this goal, recent trend of changes in vocational education & training and domestic and foreign policy issues were analyzed, and the current status and performance of ‘An Innovation Plan for Lifelong Vocational Education & Training(2018.7.)’ were checked to derive implications.
