일반대학 졸업자의 전문대학 및 기능대학으로의 재입학 실태 분석

Abstract

본 연구에서는 대학을 졸업하고 전문대학 및 기능대학으로 재입학하는 현상에 대한 실태를 정확히 파악함으로써, 궁극적으로 인적자원의 효과적인 활용과 평생교육의 관점에서 이 문제에 대한 대응 방안을 제시하는 데 그 목적이 있다고 할 수 있다.

This study is to analyze overall realities of reverse transfer: reentrance into junior colleges or polytechnic colleges after graduation from universities or junior colleges. University graduates in our country keep reentering into junior colleges or polytechnic colleges. This can be said to be back current (reverse transfer) in contrast to one of the traditional functions of two-year colleges: transfer to four-year universities. In this study with the purpose of understanding the general conditions of reentrance, preceeding studies made at home and abroad are examined, junior colleges and polytechnic colleges are investigated, and reentrance students and graduates are questioned and interviewed. ...
