학업성취에 영향을 미치는 학습효과 패널분석

Abstract

이 연구는 한국교육고용패널(KEEP) 데이터를 이용하여 학업성취에 영향을 미치는 학습 효과를 분석하였다. 특히 패널 데이터의 특성을 살려 중학교 3학년에서 고등학교 3학년에 이르는 과정에서 학습이 학업성취에 미치는 영향을 패널분석하였다. 학습 변수는 학습방법, 수업태도, 공부시간, 과외시간, 과외도움, 과외비용이며 학업성취 변수는 9등급 학업성적이다. 중등학교 학생의 학업성취와 학습의 관계 및 시간의 흐름에 따른 추이를 탐색할 수 있으며 또한 학업성취 향상을 위한 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이라 여겨진다.

Using a sample from the KEEP, this study analyzes the effect between the learning and the academic achievement by using panel data ranging from middle school to high school longitudinally. To define the variables between the learning and the academic achievement, I selected the family back ground(parents' school career, parents' attention, and income), learning (study skill, instruction or in school learning, study, and out-of-school learning or extracurricular work), and academic achievement(school record). Concretely, a panel analysis is conducted to assure what influence the learning has on academic achievement. This result is believed to be useful to understanding secondary school student's the learning and the academic achievement.
