Abstract

2020년 이후 코로나19로 인해 기존의 대면 방식 근무와 직업교육훈련은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이로 인해 온라인, 비대면의 중요성과 필요성이 증대하고 있다. 온라인, 비대면 환경에서의 근무와 직업교육훈련은 디지털 기술의 활용 능력과 상호 협업 능력을 더욱 요구하게 되었다. 이 연구에서는 이러한 시대적 요구사항을 반영하여 인도네시아에서 활용할 수 있는 채용과 창업을 모두 지원하는 디지털 역량(digital competency) 기반의 직무체험 실습기업(practical enterprise) 활용 방안을 연구결과로 제시하였다. 활용 방안은 중등직업교육기관, 고등직업교육기관, 기업에서 운영할 수 있는 세부적인 운영 방안을 포함하고 있다. ...
