데이터 기반 진로교육을 위한 커리어넷 데이터 구축 및 활용방안 모색

Abstract

본 연구에서는 커리어넷 데이터의 현황을 파악하고, 이에 대한 활용방안을 모색하고자 한다. 데이터 기반의 진로교육을 위해 현재 축적되고 있는 커리어넷 데이터의 종류와 현황을 분석하고, 향후 활용 가능성을 검토한다. 특히 데이터의 활용도 제고를 위해 커리어넷 데이터의 구조 및 현황 분석을 실시한다. 나아가 데이터 기반 진로분석의 일환으로 커리어넷 데이터를 활용한 빅데이터 분석을 수행한다. 이를 바탕으로 향후 커리어넷을 비롯한 진로교육 분야의 데이터 구축 필요성 및 활용방안에 대해 고찰하고자 한다.

This study identifies the current status of Career-net data and discusses ways to utilize this data. First, I review career information networks in other countries that are similar to Career-net. I look at how countries such as Japan, the U.S., Canada, and France provide career information. In addition, I identify the Career-net data structure for data-based career education. I conduct summary statistics and create an artificial intelligence classification model using Career-net data and job posting data. These results can provide information about the labor market situation by occupation on Career-net. There is necessary to link various information in career eduction. For effective data management, Career-net data and education-related data should be linked. Furthermore, labor market information also needs to be linked and managed to career education data. Based on this integrated data, it is expected that advanced personalized career services can be provided.
