직업계열 고등학교 데이터 관리 현황과 과제

Abstract

이 연구에서는 중등 단계 교육 데이터 구축 및 분석에 대한 선행연구를 검토하고, 한국, 독일과 영국의 직업계고 관련 데이터 수집？관리 현황을 조사하였으며, 직업계고 교원 약 730명을 대상으로 교육 데이터 활용 현황과 수요에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였음. 그리고 이에 대한 분석과 전문가 자문을 토대로 직업계고 관련 데이터의 수집, 구축과 관리를 위한 정책 제언을 도출하였음. 이 연구의 주요 정책 제언은 다음과 같음. 첫째, 직업계고에 적합한 교육지표를 개발하고 데이터 수집 항목을 확대할 필요가 있음. 둘째, 다양한 기관에서 수집하고 있는 직업계고 관련 데이터의 연계와 통합적 활용을 위한 방안을 마련할 필요가 있음. 셋째, 직업계고 관련 행정 데이터를 더욱 적극적으로 활용할 필요가 있음. 넷째, 직업계고 관련 데이터의 공개 범위를 확대할 필요가 있음. 다섯째, 직업계고 데이터의 관리, 직업교육 데이터 분석 보고서의 발간과 교육 빅데이터 구축 등에 대응하기 위한 조직이 요구됨. 여섯째, 직업계고 이해관계자들을 위해 데이터 접근성을 높이고 활용을 지원할 필요가 있음.

In this study, prior research related to the construction and analysis of secondary education data was reviewed, data collection and management related to vocational high schools in Korea, Germany, and the UK were investigated, and about 730 vocational high school teachers, managers (principal, vice principal) and educational professions (researchers, scholars, researchers, scholarships) were surveyed on data utilization and demand. In addition, based on the analysis and expert advice, policy suggestions for collecting, building, and managing vocational high school-related data were derived. The main policy suggestions are as follows. First, it is necessary to develop educational indicators suitable for vocational high schools and expand related data collection items accordingly. Second, it is necessary to prepare a plan for the linkage and integrated use of vocational high school-related data collected by various institutions. Third, it is necessary to actively utilize administrative data related to vocational high school. Fourth, it is necessary to expand the scope of disclosure of vocational high school-related data. Fifth, an organization is required to manage vocational high school data, publish vocational education data analysis reports, and respond to the establishment of educational big data. Sixth, it is necessary to increase the accessibility and use of vocational high school data users.
