인천진로교육(온-오프라인 연계) 사업 효과성 분석 및 활성화 방안 연구 : 인천사이버진로교육원을 중심으로

Abstract

본 연구는 인천사이버진로교육원을 중심으로 인천 온라인 진로교육의 효과성을 분석하고 활성화 방안을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이에 온라인 진로교육과 관련한 이론적 논의, 국내 온라인 진로교육 현황 파악, 국내·외 우수사례 분석, 인천사이버진로교육원 현황·이용실태·효과성 분석을 실시하였다. 이를 통해 인천사이버진로교육원의 활성화를 위한 제안점과 오프라인 진로교육 연계 활성화 방안의 핵심 과제, 인천 진로교육의 온-오프라인 연계를 위한 정책 과제를 제안하였다.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Incheon's online career education, focusing on the Incheon Cyber Career Education Center, and to suggest strategies for its development and for enhancing the coordiantion of online and offline education. Through literature reviews, case studies, surveys, and focus group interviews, the study presents key tasks and policy suggestions for development. It defines the concept of online career education and explores related prior research. Additionally, the study analyzes the current state of online career education both domestically and internationally, identifying exemplary cases and deriving implications. The report also examines the 'Elementary and Secondary Career Education Status Survey (2022)' to review the status of career education in the Incheon region. In-depth analysis of the usage data and content of the Incheon Cyber Career Education Center has been conducted. Survey results from the users of Incheon's career education were analyzed to determine the effectiveness and needs of online career education. Finally, Focus Group Interviews (FGI) were conducted to discuss the development strategies of Incheon's career education. The study concludes with recommendations and policy suggestions based on the findings related to Incheon's career education.
