- ● An apprenticeship program is a vocational education and training model designed for specialized high school students to receive NCS-based education and training both at school (theory and basic training) and at companies (intensive training).
● The role and importance of the apprenticeship program continue to grow as they are dedicated to cultivating specialists equipped with the qualities sought by companies through appropriate curricula in line with the rapid advancement of information and communications technology and the increase in jobs for highly skilled technicians.
