대학 혁신을 위한 진로탐색학점제 지원 사업 개편 방안

Abstract

교육부는 대학생에게 다양하며 창의적인 진로탐색의 기회를 제공하며 대학이 학생의 주도적 진로탐색을 지원할 수 있는 지원체계를 형성하기 위하여 2020년부터 ‘대학 진로탐색학점제 지원사업’을 실시함. 1단계 사업(‘20~’23) 종료를 기점으로 하는 현 시점에서 1단계 사업 추진 성과 분석 및 제도 개선을 통해 사업 운영 모델을 고도화하기 위한 개편 방안을 모색함. 본 연구를 통해 도출된 대학 진로탐색학점제 개편 방안의 기본방향과 추진전략은 다음과 같음. 기본방향은 1단계에서 중점을 두었던 대학생의 주도적 진로탐색 지원을 넘어 대학 교육혁신의 관점에서 학생성공을 위한 맞춤형 진로교육 실현을 방향으로 미래 사회 변화에 대응하는 대학 진로교육 역량 강화와 대학혁신전략과 연계한 수요자 맞춤형 진로교육 모델 창출을 목표로 함. 이를 위한 추진 전략으로 ① 대학 진로탐색 모델 다각화, ② 학생 주도의 대학 진로탐색 문화 조성, ③ 교내외 진로지원 생태계 구축을 제시하였으며, 각 전략별 세부 추진 과제를 도출함. 실제 사업 운영을 위한 사업 추진 체계와 성과 관리 체계를 함께 제시하였으며, 진로탐색학점제 우수사례 공모전, 진로탐색학점제 운영 가이드라인 제작 및 배포, 진로탐색학점제 플랫폼 마련 등을 통한 성과 확산 방안을 도출함.
