취약청소년의 자립과 취업 지원 방안(2023): 발달장애청소년

Abstract

이 연구 목적은 발달장애청소년의 자립 및 취업 실태와 요구 분석을 바탕으로 자립과 취업 지원정책 제고 방안을 제안함으로써 발달장애청소년 및 취약청소년의 실질적인 사회적？경제적 자립을 돕고 사회 구성원으로 안착할 수 있도록 지원하는 데 있다.

This research focuses on providing self-reliance and employment support for youths with developmental disabilities. Despite the increasing need for the social and economic independence of youths with developmental disabilities, they face limitations due to various constraints. Notably, the ratio of youths with developmental disabilities is rising; however, education and career support remain uniform, posing significant challenges. The study defines youths with developmental disabilities according to the 'Act on the Protection and Support of Persons with Developmental Disabilities (Enforced on June 22, 2022),' categorizing their characteristics, including intelligence, language, social skills, motor skills, and sensory abilities. According to data from the Ministry of Education, youths with developmental disabilities account for approximately 67.5% of all students with disabilities, and their numbers and ratios are rapidly increasing.
